1960s Barbie Minidress and Headband

Make your own 1960s mini dress, with opening pocket and headband, for your Barbie. The pattern includes sizes for Curvy, Petite, Tall and Standard Barbie. This is a PDF sewing pattern that will take you step by step through the process of sewing a minidress with a pocket and a headband.
It is made in woven fabric, and you can create it in any colours or patterns you like.

Please note, the PDF needs to be printed as A4 paper size.

Fabric Needed
Main Fabric: 40cm (15 3/4 inches) by 40cm (15 3/4 inches) of woven fabric.
Contrast Fabric: 15cm (6 inches) by 15cm (6 inches) of woven fabric.

Matching Thread
For the Dress, approximately 6.5cm (2 1/2 inches) of 1cm (3/8th inch) wide sew-in Velcro, or 3 press studs.
For the Headband, approximately 2cm (7/8th inch) of 1cm (3/8th inch) wide sew-in Velcro.
Optional: 2 x 4mm buttons for the pockets
